Job Purpose: To lead market development initiatives at the branch level by identifying local growth opportunities, expanding the customer and influencer base, driving brand visibility, and supporting the sales team through strategic engagement with specifiers, consultants, and channel partners.Key responsibilities: Local Market Expansion Identify and develop new business opportunities in the branch territory Map potential customers, consultants, and influencers Influencer Engagement Build strong relationships with specifiers, consultants, architects, and developers Conduct product presentations and technical seminars Lead Generation & Support Generate qualified leads for the sales team through market intelligence and networking Track project pipelines and ensure brand approvalsRequirements, Skills & Competencies Graduate in Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing. MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification is preferred. Minimum 10 years of experience in market development, business development, or strategic sales. Experience in the electrical, construction, or industrial products sector is highly desirable. Prior experience in managing regional or branch-level market development initiatives. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting dashboards.
