Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify and qualify potential clients across industries (B2B + B2C). Generate leads through LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, email marketing, networking, and referrals. Build and maintain a steady pipeline of prospects for digital services. 2. Understanding Client Needs Conduct requirement discussions to understand clients' marketing challenges. Recommend appropriate digital marketing solutions based on objectives. Prepare digital audits, recommendations, and proposal structures. 3. Sales Pitches & Presentations Conduct capability presentations and solution walkthroughs. Clearly explain offerings like SEO, SMM, Paid Campaigns, Website Development, and Branding. Present case studies, success stories, and past work to prospects. 4. Proposal, Negotiation & Closure Prepare proposals, pricing, and service-level documentation. Handle objections, negotiate pricing, and close deals. Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets for the agency. 5. Client Relationship Management Maintain strong, long-term relationships with closed clients. Ensure proper handover to the delivery team and track onboarding smoothly. 6. Coordination & Reporting Work closely with the marketing and operations teams. Update CRM daily with pipeline progress and follow-ups. Provide weekly and monthly sales performance reports. Required Skills & Qualifications 3–7 years of sales experience in adigital marketing agency(preferred). Strong understanding of digital marketing services and terminology.
