Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric International Voice Process Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in handling international voice processes and be willing to work in 24/7 shifts.Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for international clients- Resolve customer queries and issues in a professional and courteous manner- Meet performance metrics such as CSAT, FTR, etc.- Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities- Maintain accurate records and documentation as requiredRequirements:- At least 1 year of experience in International Voice Process- Graduation degree in any discipline- Excellent communication and customer service skills- Ability to work in 24/7 shiftsWhat We Offer:- CTC: ₹4.5 LPA- Work Schedule: 5 days working, 2 dayoff (rotational week off)- Shifts: 24/7 (flexible)- Cab Facility: 2-way transport (Hiring Zone only)
