Level - Senior AssociateLocation - RanchiSkill - SAP FICOYears of experience required: 4-10 yearsEducational Qualification - BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MBA/MCA/CANotice period - Immediate - 60 days onlyJDResponsibilities- Lead and participate in the end-to-end implementation of SAP FICO modules in an S/4HANA environment. - Analyze business requirements and translate them into efficient SAP FICO configuration and solutions. - Design, configure, and customize SAP FICO (FI and CO) modules tailored for S/4HANA functionalities. - Perform Fit-Gap analysis, preparing functional specifications, and participate in blueprinting sessions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SAP Basis, MM, SD, and ABAP developers to ensure seamless integration. - Develop and execute test scripts, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and resolve issues identified. - Conduct trainings and provide post-implementation support, ensuring user adoption and system stability. - Monitor and optimize financial processes leveraging new S/4HANA capabilities such as the Universal Journal (ACDOCA). - Stay updated with latest SAP S/4HANA Finance innovations and recommend best practices for implementation and upgrades. - Prepare documentation related to configuration, processes, and technical specifications.Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting or a related field. - Proven experience (typically 4+ years) as an SAP FICO Consultant focusing on S/4HANA implementations. - Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP FI (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting) and CO (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profitability Analysis). - Deep understanding of the S/4HANA Finance data model, including the Universal Journal (ACDOCA table). - Experience with SAP Activate methodology and Agile implementation approach. - Ability to configure financial processes such as Financial Closing, Period End Closing, Treasury, and Financial Reporting using SAP S/4HANA. - Experience in integration points with other SAP modules (MM, SD) and third-party systems. - Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication skills to interact with technical teams and business users effectively. - SAP Certification in FI/CO and/or S/4HANA Finance is highly desirable.Skills- Deep knowledge of SAP FICO modules and integration with other SAP modules - Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools - Leadership and team management skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
