Network Analyst / Network Operations EngineerLocation: Gurgaon, India (Onsite only)Employment Type: Contract (1 year, extension possible)We are supporting a global enterprise organization in hiring a Network Analyst / Network Operations Engineer to join their onsite IT infrastructure team in Gurgaon.Key Responsibilities:- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve internal IP network issues across enterprise environments - Provide Level II network support in collaboration with systems and user support teams - Support network projects, upgrades, and new installations - Assist with planning, implementation, and maintenance of network infrastructure, including: - Network hardware and software - Cabling and physical infrastructure - Monitor routers, switches, and security devices using internal and external monitoring tools - Support and maintain network security infrastructure, including firewalls - Coordinate and assist with repair of network and telecommunications equipment - Create and maintain detailed technical documentation and operational procedures - Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support business requirements - Participate in a 24x7 rotational on-call schedule as requiredRequired Skills & Experience:- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a network analyst, network engineer, or network operations role - Hands-on experience with network security and firewall technologies - Palo Alto experience preferred; other firewall platforms acceptable - Strong understanding of enterprise networking concepts: - WAN, LAN, WLAN - IP networking and troubleshooting - Experience working with routers, switches, and network monitoring tools - Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision - Strong documentation and communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) - Experience supporting production enterprise networks in a corporate environment - Familiarity with VoIP fundamentals and protocols - Experience working in vendor-supported or global IT environmentsWhy Consider This Role:- Exposure to enterprise-scale, global network environments - Hands-on responsibility with real production infrastructure - Opportunity for contract extension based on performance and business needs - Collaborative onsite team environmentIf you’re a network professional with solid troubleshooting skills and hands-on firewall experience looking for an onsite role in Gurgaon, this is a strong opportunity to explore.
