Automation Test EngineerExperience Level - 5+ YrsPython with Selenium, Playwright (Must have)Hyderabad/Pune/BangaloreWhat you’ll do:- Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks and intelligent agentic systems that autonomously plan, reason, and execute complex workflows. - Build and orchestrate automated test suites using tools such as Selenium and Playwright for web and API testing. - Write efficient, scalable, and clean code primarily in Python and Shell scripting, with optional use of Go or Java. - Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable seamless deployment and iterative development. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new automation features in an Agile development environment. - Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of automated test agents and supporting services. - Monitor and optimize test performance, including execution efficiency, latency, and resource usage. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to test automation, agent behavior, orchestration, and integration. - Deliver measurable improvements in automation coverage, defect detection, and user satisfaction.Who you’ll work with:You will join a high-performing engineering team with:- Emphasis on innovation, continuous learning, and open communication. - Strong focus on mutual respect and empowering team members. - Commitment to celebrating diverse perspectives and fostering professional growth.This role is an Individual Contributor position, closely collaborating with team members and reporting to the Engineering Manager.What makes you a qualified candidate:- B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/MSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines. - 5+ years of relevant industry experience in test automation or intelligent systems development. - Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium and Playwright. - Strong proficiency in Python and Shell scripting; familiarity with REST APIs. - Experience working in Linux environments and containerized setups using Docker. - Proven experience in one or more public cloud platforms – AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. - Solid understanding of relational databases and proficiency in SQL. - Familiarity with automation coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, or VS Code extensions. - Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. - Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.You will be a preferred candidate if you have:- Exposure to enterprise-grade automation deployment and integration in complex, hybrid environments. - A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a passion for automation and continuous learning, especially around Agentic/AI test frameworks. - Ability to work independently, produce rapid prototypes and take initiative while contributing to the team’s success. - Creativity and adaptability in a dynamic environment. - A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and a drive to make an impact.
