Job Summary We are looking for a data-driven Growth & Performance Marketing professional who can scale user acquisition and revenue through paid marketing channels. The role focuses on managing performance campaigns, optimizing acquisition costs, and working closely with product and analytics teams to improve the full user journey.Key Responsibilities Own and scaleuser acquisitionthrough paid channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads, and Programmatic platforms Manage and optimizeperformance marketing budgetswith a focus on CAC, ROAS, ROI, and growth Drivefull-funnel growthfrom installs to activation, conversion, and retention Plan and executeGTM launches, experiments, and A/B teststo improve performance Collaborate withProduct, Analytics, and Creative teamsto optimize funnels and user experience Track and analyze campaign performance using attribution and analytics tools Continuously test creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and funnels to improve efficiencyRequired Skills & Experience 5–8 years of experience inGrowth Marketing / Performance Marketing / App Marketing Hands-on experience withGoogle Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads Strong understanding ofCAC, ROAS, LTV, funnels, and attribution Experience managinglarge-scale marketing budgets Working knowledge of tools likeAppsFlyer / Adjust, GA4, Firebase, Mixpanel Background inconsumer apps, gaming, fintech, e-commerce, or B2C tech
