Key Responsibilities Financial Accounting & Close Lead and manage a team of ~20 members acrossAP, AR, FAR, Payroll, GL, ESOP accounting , and related functions Ensuretimely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closures Reviewmonthly Balance Sheet and P&Lto ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality Manageintercompany accounting and reconciliations Compliance & Statutory Matters Ensure compliance withInd ASaccounting standards Handlestatutory audits , coordinate with auditors, and resolve audit queries Oversee statutory compliances includingGST, TDS, and Forex regulations Manageperiodic actuarial valuationsand related accounting Supportdue diligence audits(investor, acquisition, or regulatory) Controls, Processes & Systems Drivecontinuous process improvementsand strengthen internal financial controls Implement and institutionalizeledger scrutiny and balance sheet reviews Ensure adequacy and effectiveness ofERP internal controls Collaborate with technology teams to ensureaccurate cost reporting and system integrity Leadership & Stakeholder Management Drive team efficiency throughKPI definition, monitoring, and performance management Mentor and develop team members; build a strong ownership mindset Partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders including business, tech, tax, and auditors Skills & Competencies Strong expertise inERP systems , preferablyOracle Excellentstakeholder management and communication skills Provenleadership and people managementcapabilities Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail Ability to thrive in astartup / high-growth environment Experience & Qualifications 8–12 yearsof relevant post-qualification experience Chartered Accountant (CA)– mandatory Prior experience instartup, e-commerce, or similar high-growth industriespreferred
