Job Title

Finance Strategy & Transformation- Lead end-to-end finance transformation programs across Record-to-Report (R2R), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and FP&A - Design future-state finance operating models and transformation roadmaps - Identify efficiency, automation, and cost-optimization opportunitiesProcess Excellence- Re-engineer finance processes using Lean, Six Sigma, or best-practice frameworks - Standardize and streamline finance operations across business units - Improve close cycles, working capital, and financial controlsDigital & Systems Enablement- Partner with IT and vendors on ERP implementations and upgrades (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Workday, etc.) - Drive automation initiatives using RPA, analytics, and AI tools - Ensure data accuracy, governance, and reporting excellenceGovernance & Compliance- Strengthen internal controls, SOX compliance, audit readiness, and risk management - Support regulatory compliance and statutory reporting requirements - Manage transformation governance, milestones, and benefits trackingStakeholder Management- Work closely with CFOs, finance leadership, and cross-functional teams - Prepare executive presentations, business cases, and progress updates - Coordinate with external consultants and shared service teamsChange Management- Drive adoption of new finance processes and systems - Conduct training, communication, and change enablement initiatives
