Comprising three reputable healthcare recruitment brands, ICG Medical operates from offices in the UK, Ireland, India, South Africa, China, Philippines, Australia, Canada, Japan, and the USA, with plans for further expansion.Role PurposeThe Senior HR Manager will own end-to-end operational HR delivery for India, with a strong focus on Indian labour law compliance, employee relations, and workforce discipline across Gurgaon and Noida. This is an execution-led role, requiring hands-on involvement in daily HR operations and direct accountability for outcomes. The position operates in a fast-paced environment and demands immediate effectiveness, sound judgment under pressure, and personal ownership of delivery.Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary subject matter expert for Indian labour law, ensuring statutory compliance and managing employee relations across Gurgaon and Noida. - Oversee operational HR delivery, including outsourced payroll, ER case management, statutory filings, audits, and day-to-day HR operations. - Lead and supervise a small HR team (2–3 members), ensuring quality and timely execution. - Serve as the operational link between India and APAC, coordinating with HR and business leaders in China, Japan, Australia, and the Philippines. - Personally step in for execution when required—this is not a purely supervisory role.Key Skills & Qualifications- Deep, hands-on expertise in Indian labour law is a must. - Min. of 6 years of experience in a core HR Business Partner role is required. - Proven ability to manage HR operations in fast-paced, labour-intensive environments. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent judgment, problem-solving, and ability to work under pressure. - Experience coordinating across multiple geographies (APAC preferred).Working HoursFlexible, with routine support for APAC time zones and occasional interaction with UK and North America teams.ICG Medical offers a dynamic work environment within a growing company and provides opportunities for career progression as the business expands.
