Working closely with the UX / Design Architect, you’ll translate requirements, research insights, and business goals into intuitive, engaging, and consistent digital experiences.You’ll collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to create wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs — ensuring a seamless user journey across all touchpoints. You’ll also contribute to the continuous evolution of our component library and design system, ensuring our products maintain a cohesive look and feel.At Stolt-Nielsen, we take Digital seriously. As we are further building up our engineering practice, there is ample room for you to contribute, take initiative and shape the future of our ways of working and technology landscape.What You’ll Do:- Create wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications. - Apply and evolve our design system and component library in Figma. - Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate and high-quality implementation of designs. - Conduct and analyze user testing sessions and iterate based on feedback. - Ensure design consistency, accessibility, and alignment with brand guidelines. - Support A/B testing and UX research activities led by the UX / Design Architect. - Present design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders and engineering teams. - Simplify complex concepts consisting of different process flows and user tasks into clear and effective designs that solve real user needs - Break down complex concepts into tasks and transform tasks to intuitive , easy-to-use interaction designs - Collaborate with other Designers, Engineers and Product owners throughout the UX design process—from creating user flows and wireframes to building user interface mockups and prototypes - Consult technical disciplines to ensure designs work within limitations and prepare files with all necessary information to support design intent. - Ensure final deliverables like layout, images, and typography are flawless. - Continually seek opportunities to refine design thinking and improve workflows. - Deliver improvements in design based on UX testing and stakeholder input and provide guidance and skills to effectively engage stakeholders on product design to achieve product goals.What You’ll Bring:- Experience designing for enterprise-grade or B2B digital products. - Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and interaction design. - Working knowledge of Figma, prototyping tools, and design handoff processes. - Collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with engineers and product managers. - Awareness of usability principles and responsive design standards.Must Have Skills:- 5+ years of professional experience in UX / UI Design. - Portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work and contribution to real-world digital products. - Proficiency in Figma and other modern design tools. - Experience with user testing, feedback gathering, and iterative design. - Excellent attention to detail and visual design quality.
