Our teams collaborate globally, work with purpose, and perform with consistent excellence.Role SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant/ Secretary to support our Leadership Team. This role requires exceptional communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The position is fully on-site and involves extended working hours, making personal mobility essential.Key Responsibilities- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules for the Leadership Team, ensuring alignment with business priorities - Coordinate with internal teams, leadership, and external stakeholders to schedule meetings and communicate updates effectively - Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and executive documentation - Record Minutes of Meetings (MoM), track action items, and ensure timely follow-ups - Screen, prioritize, and manage emails and correspondence on behalf of the Leadership Team - Maintain confidential documents, records, and sensitive information with discretion - Support the Leadership Team with ad-hoc administrative, operational, and coordination tasks - Act as a primary point of contact between leadership and internal/external stakeholders - Facilitate smooth communication flow and timely updates across teamsRequired Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field - 3 – 4 years of experience as an Personal Assistant/ Secretary supporting senior leadership (Leadership Team / CXO / Business Head) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities - Ability to work independently and handle confidential information professionally - Must own a personal vehicle for daily commute and business-related coordination, as requiredPreferred Skills- Prior experience supporting a senior leadership team or business leaders - Proficiency in calendar management tools, MS Office Suite, and virtual collaboration platforms - Experience working in global or multinational organizations - Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills - Solution-oriented, adaptable, and able to thrive in dynamic environmentsPerks & Benefits- Family Health Insurance - Provident Fund benefits - Rewards & Recognition programs - Energetic work environment with monthly and quarterly engagement activities
