You’ll run the India operations and keep everything connected across Tech, Marketing, Finance, and our US leadership team.What you’ll drive day-to-day Get inside the business and understand how it works You’ll take the time to learn the cabinet industry, our product lines, customer journey, and the operational flow behind an online kitchen project. That includes: How design, quoting, and order processing support customers How ecommerce, analytics, tech, and marketing tie directly into revenue and conversionLead India operations with clarity and alignment You’ll guide all India-based teams so they understand priorities and execute effectively. Tech Align India dev teams with US product expectations Maintain clarity on requirements, timelines, and outcomes Help remove blockers and keep projects movingMarketing Partner with the team on performance measurement Keep cross-country messaging and timelines aligned Ensure marketing work supports conversions, traffic, and revenuePeople & Culture Build trust with teams Maintain accountability and healthy communication Ensure the Ahmedabad office runs as a productive, supportive environmentMaintain strong collaboration with the US leadership team This role is the bridge between India and the US.
