Reporting Structure: Reports to: Commercial & Market Access Direct Reports: Individual Contributor4. Role Summary: The Global Market Access Specialist will lead market access initiatives across key international regions—including the Middle East, Sub-Saharan Africa, South-East Asia, LATAM, and CIS/Russia—to support the expansion of Immuneel’s advanced cell and gene therapy portfolio. The role is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing access strategies across diverse health systems, ensuring regulatory alignment, shaping reimbursement pathways, securing payer partnerships, and enabling broader patient access. This position requires deep understanding of regional healthcare ecosystems, government stakeholders, insurance frameworks, pricing dynamics, and cross-border care models. With a strong blend of commercial insight, stakeholder management, and on-ground experience, the role plays a critical part in building Immuneel’s global footprint.5. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute market access strategies across international markets to enable adoption of CAR T-cell and other CGT therapies. Map healthcare ecosystems including payers, Ministries of Health, regulators, insurance bodies, facilitators, and corporate partners in priority regions. Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with government stakeholders, insurance companies, referral networks, and global corporations to support access pathways. Conduct dynamic pricing, reimbursement, and competitor landscape analyses to inform commercial strategies. Evaluate diverse access models like government tenders, consular/embassy programs, insurance reimbursement, philanthropic/NGO funding and identify suitable models per country. Support submissions for formulary listings, empanelment, and partnership proposals with public and private payers. Lead engagement activities such as symposia, B2B meetings, and payer education programs in global markets. Collaborate with internal teams (Commercial, Clinical, Regulatory, Operations) to ensure seamless patient access and cross-border care processes. Maintain an updated intelligence database covering health financing structures, CGT landscape, payer policies, and regional market insights. Represent the company at international conferences, meetings with Ministries of Health, and strategic global partnerships.6. Primary Objectives: Establish sustainable and scalable access models for Immuneel’s therapies across priority global markets. Drive international patient access, payer partnerships, and reimbursement enablement to contribute to commercial growth. Enhance Immuneel’s global credibility and footprint through strong ecosystem engagement, partnerships, and policy advocacy.7. Competencies Required: Technical Competencies: Strong understanding of market access principles, payer systems, reimbursement pathways, and health financing models. Deep knowledge of healthcare ecosystems across Middle East, Sub-Saharan Africa, SEA, LATAM, and CIS/Russia. Demonstrated experience working with Ministries of Health, international insurance companies, healthcare networks, and partner ecosystems across targeted global regions.9.
