Job Purpose: Drive sales of Birla estates properties by directly interacting with prospective customers and managing relationship with brokers/channel partnersWork with the channel partners in creating an eco-system for sales enablement to achieve the targeted salesTrain the Channel Partner teams using the designed training moduleEnsure all requisite sales support material is availableProvide all support for creating marketing campaignsExplore the market for creation of new cross / upcountry territory channel partners, explore potentialReach out to new channel partners for cross salesPrepare video presentations on the project and take the prospective clients through the sameService the channel partners to deliver on the agreed delivery standardsGenerate PoS for the Channel PartnerValidate the CP invoices for Brokerage paymentFollow-up with the accounts team for timely release of brokeragesIdeate and execute lead generation activities to generate leadsExecute the lead generation activities as per planGenerate new ideas for lead generation, discuss with the Chanel & cross sales head and execute the samePitch the projects and provide all sales related assistance to the customers for closure of leadsRecommend schemes & offers in consultation with the site teamDo the 1st level pitch to the clientCoordinate with the region for site visitDo timely & quality sales reporting & prepare MIS to adhere to the internal guidelines on the sameTo prepare & submit the daily / weekly / monthly MIS as per established practiceDo a monthly analysis of the competitor activities in the respective geographiesDo a lead loss analysis and share the insights with the Sales Head
