Job Description – Technical Trainer (NAPS / NATS / WILP)Position Details- Designation: Technical Trainer – NAPS / NATS / WILP - Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech ( Mechanical) - Experience: 2 – 6 Years (Training / Industry experience preferred) - Department: Training & Skill Development - Company: DMC Finishing School Pvt. Ltd. - Job Location: Client Site / Training Centre (Pan India, as per project)Role OverviewThe Technical Trainer will be responsible for delivering structured technical training to apprentices, trainees, and employees under NAPS, NATS, and WILP programs, ensuring alignment with approved curriculum, industry standards, and statutory requirements.Key Accountability Areas- Technical training delivery and assessment - Curriculum implementation and skill mapping - Apprentice engagement and performance tracking - Compliance with NAPS / NATS / WILP guidelinesMajor Roles & ResponsibilitiesTraining Delivery- Conduct classroom, practical, and on-the-job training sessions as per approved syllabus - Deliver technical training aligned with industry requirements and client expectations - Ensure adherence to training schedules, batch plans, and session plans - Use modern teaching methods, tools, and equipment for effective learningCurriculum & Assessment- Implement curriculum approved under NAPS / NATS / WILP frameworks - Prepare training plans, lesson plans, and learning material - Conduct assessments, evaluations, and skill tests - Maintain assessment records and trainee performance reportsApprentice & Trainee Management- Monitor attendance, discipline, and engagement of apprentices/trainees - Mentor apprentices and guide them on technical and workplace behavior - Coordinate with HR / Operations for batch planning and trainee deploymentCompliance & Documentation- Ensure training records, attendance sheets, logbooks, and assessments are properly maintained - Support audits, inspections, and compliance requirements under NAPS/NATS/WILP - Follow SOPs, safety standards, and statutory guidelinesCoordination & Reporting- Coordinate with client representatives, HR, and program coordinators - Submit daily/weekly/monthly training reports and MIS - Provide feedback on trainee performance and program improvementRequired Skills & Competencies- Strong technical knowledge in relevant trade/discipline - Good communication and presentation skills - Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, online portals) - Ability to train, mentor, and manage apprentices - Knowledge of Apprenticeship Act, NAPS, NATS, WILP frameworks - Willingness to travel or work at client locationsKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)- Training delivery as per approved schedule - Trainee attendance and engagement levels - Assessment results and skill certification success - Compliance with documentation and audit requirements - Client and trainee feedbackWhy Join DMC Finishing School Pvt.
