We’re Hiring | Product Manager/ Sr. Product Manager – Multiple Therapy SegmentsSegments: Pain Management | Orthopedic | Cardio & Diabetes | OphthalmologyLocation: Head Office (Andheri, Mumbai)Industry: PharmaceuticalFunction: MarketingReporting To: Marketing HeadRole Overview:-We are looking for a high-potential Product Manager to manage brands across multiple therapy segments, including Pain Management, Orthopedic, Cardio-Diabetes, and Ophthalmology. The role requires strong understanding of therapy-driven marketing, prescription behavior, and lifecycle management, along with execution excellence and cross-functional coordination.Key Responsibilities:-- Manage end-to-end marketing responsibility for assigned brands across one or more therapy segments - Develop and implement brand plans, cycle strategies, and promotional campaigns - Support new product launches, line extensions, and brand revitalization initiatives - Analyze IQVIA / AWACS / internal sales data to track brand performance and identify growth opportunities - Monitor competition, therapy trends, treatment guidelines, and prescription behavior - Develop effective promotional inputs including visual aids, LBLs, digital content, and patient education tools - Ensure all marketing communication complies with ethical and regulatory standards - Coordinate with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Finance teams for seamless execution - Support the sales force through brand training, FAQs, objection-handling guides, and cycle meetings - Capture field insights and translate them into actionable marketing strategiesCandidate Profile:-- MBA / PGDM in Marketing/ Pharmaceutical (mandatory) - 3–7 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Product / Brand Management - Exposure to any of the following segments preferred: - Pain Management | Orthopedic | Cardio-Diabetes | Ophthalmology - Strong understanding of prescription behavior and therapy dynamics - Data-driven, detail-oriented, and execution-focused - Good communication and stakeholder-management skillsKindly share your updated profile at ashish.dubey@or ConnectAshish DubeyCorporate HRBP- India BusinessMob:- 9869309139
