Job Title: Cruise Tourism Sales ConsultantJob PurposeWe are looking for a results-driven Cruise Sales Executive to promote and sell domestic and international cruise packages. The role is primarily sales-focused, with responsibility for converting enquiries into confirmed bookings, achieving revenue targets, and delivering an excellent client experience.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue Generation- Handle inbound and outbound enquiries related to cruise holidays. - Promote and sell international and domestic cruise packages to individual and corporate clients. - Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable cruise itineraries, cabins, and sailings. - Prepare accurate cruise quotations, explain inclusions/exclusions, and close sales effectively. - Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and annual cruise sales targets. - Upsell cruise add-ons such as shore excursions, beverage packages, insurance, hotels, and flights.Client Follow-ups & Conversions- Perform regular follow-ups on leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp. - Maintain high conversion ratios through proactive client engagement and persuasion. - Address client queries, objections, and concerns to ensure booking confirmation. - Build strong relationships with repeat and referral clients.Booking Coordination (Sales Support)- Coordinate with cruise lines and internal operations teams for availability and confirmations. - Ensure timely collection of payments as per company and cruise line policies. - Share booking details accurately with the operations team for smooth execution.CRM & Reporting- Update leads, follow-ups, and bookings accurately in CRM or internal systems. - Track daily sales activity, conversions, and pipeline status. - Submit regular performance and revenue reports to the reporting manager.Key Skills & Competencies- Strong sales and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and convincing abilities - Customer-focused approach with strong follow-up discipline - Basic knowledge of cruise products and destinations (training will be provided) - Ability to work under targets and deadlines - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM toolsEducational Qualification- Graduate in any discipline (Travel & Tourism preferred)Experience- 1–4 years of experience in travel sales, holiday sales, or cruise sales - Experience in leisure travel or cruise sales will be an added advantageKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)- Cruise sales target achievement - Lead-to-booking conversion ratio - Revenue generated per month - Follow-up effectiveness and client response time - Repeat and referral businessWhy Join Us?- Attractive incentive structure - Opportunity to work with leading international cruise brands - Growth opportunities in a fast-expanding leisure travel segment
