If you are passionate about guiding JEE/NEET aspirants and enjoy student interaction in an onsite environment, this role is for you!Key Responsibilities✅ Counsel students & parents regarding JEE/NEET courses and preparation strategies✅ Understand student profiles and recommend suitable PW programs✅ Handle walk-ins, inbound & outbound counselling calls✅ Ensure high lead conversion and positive student experience✅ Maintain counselling records and follow-ups in CRM✅ Coordinate with academic & marketing teamsEligibility Criteria✔ 1–4 years of experience in JEE/NEET academic counselling✔ Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi✔ Strong student-handling & convincing skills✔ Target-oriented with a professional attitude✔ Willingness to work onsite, 6 days a week
