Job Summary:The Tele Sales Specialist is responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound calls, promoting company products/services, converting leads into customers, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role focuses on achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent customer experience.Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Handling & Calling- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided database - Handle inbound enquiries and convert them into sales - Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services2. Sales & Conversion- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly - Convince and close sales over the phone - Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets3. Follow-up & Relationship Management- Follow up on leads and enquiries in a timely manner - Maintain proper call records and customer details in CRM - Build long-term customer relationships4. Customer Support- Answer customer queries regarding products, services, pricing, and policies - Handle objections and complaints professionally - Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction5.
