We have significant interests in consumer goods, real estate, agriculture, chemicals, and financial services through our subsidiary and associate companies, across 18 countries.About Godrej Agrovet Limited (GAVL)Godrej Agrovet At Godrej Agrovet, a food and agriculture conglomerate, we are dedicated to improving the productivity of Indian farmers by innovating products and services that sustainably increase crop and livestock yields.responsibilitiesHRBP- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing strategic HR support and guidance. - Understand business challenges and deliver HR solutions that drive business outcomes. - Support workforce planning, employee engagement, and performance management efforts. - Implement people strategies that support business growth, culture, and talent development. - Manage employee relations issues, ensuring they are handled in a timely and effective manner.CoE- Coordinate with GAVL CoE team to execute CoE initiatives and coordination with Regional HRs - Lead the design, development, and execution of learning & capability initiatives aligned with business needs. - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across the business. - Drive the implementation of leadership development programs, employee upskilling, and cross-functional learning initiatives. - Monitor the effectiveness of learning programs and continuously improve offerings to meet evolving business needs. - Lead talent management strategies including talent identification, succession planning, and career development. - Support business leaders in identifying high-potential employees and creating development plans for talent retention and advancement. - Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives that contribute to a strong and inclusive workplace culture. - Facilitate talent review processes and provide insights on organizational capability. - Lead and execute HR projects related to business transformation, process improvement, and HR capability building. - Partner with the HR team on key initiatives such as HR systems implementation, data analytics, and change management projects. - Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved on time and within budget. - Provide thought leadership on best practices in HR operations and drive continuous improvement.Education:- MBA – Human ResourcesExperience:- Proven experience of 5 -7 years as HRBP and CoE.
