The ideal candidate will be hands-on, creative, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage both physical brand touchpoints and social media presence.Key ResponsibilitiesSocial & Digital- Lead and execute company-wide social media campaigns aligned with strategic priorities. - Manage internal and external content creators, designers, and developers to deliver high-quality outputs. - Curate and schedule online content, ensuring relevance, audience engagement, and brand alignment. - Manage website content and CMS updates, ensuring accuracy, design consistency, and performance. - Implement and monitor SEO and SEM strategies to drive website visibility, traffic, and lead generation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize marketing opportunities and drive visibility. - Establish a strong tone, look, and feel across social channels to enhance brand presence. - Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Hootsuite, etc.) to track performance, optimise campaigns, and inform decisions. - Support the creation of articles, thought leadership pieces, and white papers for digital platforms. - Exposure to CRM tools will be a plus.What We’re Looking For- 5-10 years of experience in marketing, with exposure to managing social media for reputed brands. - Strong communication and copywriting skills for diverse platforms. - Familiarity with social media trends (Instagram Reels, Stories, LinkedIn engagement, etc.). - Hands-on experience with website CMS management and SEO principles. - Understanding of website marketing tools (Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.). - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver projects end-to-end. - Creative eye for storytelling, photography, videography, and design aesthetics.
