This role ensures that all packaging and visual assets are consumer-centric, shelf-impactful, brand-consistent, and future-ready, leveraging AI-assisted design tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and creative excellence across print, digital, and multimedia platforms. The role partners closely with marketing, brand, innovation, and production teams to translate strategy into compelling packaging systems and visual identities that stand out in competitive FMCG environments.Key Responsibilities- Lead the creative direction for packaging design across SKUs, formats, and categories, ensuring strong shelf visibility and brand recall. - Own end-to-end packaging design execution—from concept development, visual language, artwork, and layouts to print-ready files. - Integrate AI-driven design tools to accelerate ideation, mood boarding, mockups, visual testing, and creative exploration. - Guide designers in using AI tools responsibly for faster iteration, trend exploration, and concept validation. - Ensure packaging designs comply with print production, dielines, materials, and regulatory standards. - Collaborate with marketing, product, and innovation teams to translate consumer insights into impactful packaging visuals. - Maintain brand consistency across packaging and supporting marketing assets (POSM, digital, campaigns). - Review and mentor the design team, elevating creative quality and adoption of modern design workflows. - Present packaging concepts, design rationales, and AI-enabled explorations to internal stakeholders and leadership. - Track emerging design, packaging, and AI trends to continuously improve creative output.Key Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field. - 7–10 years of experience in visual design, with strong hands-on expertise in packaging design (FMCG / food preferred). - Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring design teams. - Strong portfolio showcasing packaging systems, shelf-ready designs, and brand-led packaging work. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and AI-enabled creative tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, generative AI for design exploration, smart mockups) is highly preferable - Solid understanding of print production, materials, dielines, and packaging constraints. - Strong visual storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to balance creativity, speed, and scalability in a fast-paced environment.Interested?If this role sounds like you, then apply with us!
