Key Responsibilities Managedaily, weekly, and monthly financial reportingfor internal company accounts Prepare and analyzeMIS reports , variance analysis, and performance dashboards Leadbudgeting, forecasting, and rolling forecastsfor internal functions Track actuals vs budget and provide clear insights on cost trends and drivers Support month-end and quarter-end close activities in coordination with accounting teams Develop and maintain financial models to support management decision-making Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of financial data and reports Work closely with cross-functional teams (HR, Operations, Admin, IT) on cost control and planning Drive process improvements and automation in FP&A and reporting workflows Assist leadership with ad-hoc financial analysis and presentationsQualifications & Experience Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA – India)is mandatory 5–8 years of relevant experience inFP&A / Financial Planning & Analysis Prior experience handlinginternal accounts or corporate financeis preferred Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting Excellent proficiency inExcel ; experience with ERP systems is a plus Strong analytical skills with attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesKey Skills & Competencies Financial analysis & strategic thinking Strong communication and stakeholder management Ownership mindset with hands-on execution Process orientation and continuous improvement Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentWhy Join Us Opportunity to play akey role in internal financial strategy High visibility role with leadership interaction Collaborative and performance-driven culture Stable work timings (11 AM – 8 PM)
