We are looking for experienced Import–Export professionals with experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotech Industry, to Join our Supply Chain team atMicro CRISPR Pvt Ltd .Open Positions∙Job title - Senior Officers /Assistant Manager ( Export - Import)∙Location – Vapi, Gujarat∙Industry – Pharmaceutical/ BiotechnologyKey Responsibilities∙Arrange and manage international shipments; coordinate with freightforwarders, shipping lines, and carriers, and track shipments to ensure timelydelivery.∙Ensure all import activities comply with international trade laws, customsregulations, tariff classifications, and regulatory requirements∙Prepare, review, and manage import documentation including customsdeclarations, shipping manifests, invoices, and compliance paperwork .∙Liaise with international suppliers, CHA, freight forwarders, transporters, andshipping lines to ensure smooth flow of goods∙Handle import related problem resolution including shipment delays,custom queries, and documentation discrepancies.∙Maintain accurate records of import transactions and prepare regular management reports on shipment status and activities∙Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements tostreamline import operations.Experience∙Officer: 1.5 – 2 years of relevant Import–Export experience∙Assistant Manager: 5 – 7 years of relevant Import–Export experiencePreferred Background∙Experience in Pharmaceutical / Biotech industryNote : This is a Fulltime Onsite role at Vapi ,Gujarat.
