Roles and responsibilities: Working with operations to identify project/process improvement opportunities which can start from a simple excel based solutions and can reach up to machine learning. Execute and lead Lean six sigma improvement Projects delivering tangible results for the business Effectively conduct risk audits for delivery processes & identify gaps/opportunity, solution & drive closure Develops metrics that provide data for process management and indicators for future improvement opportunities through Lean Six Sigma Supporting Kaizen activities Internal/Risk Audits, Lean / Six sigma project management, TQM - Total Quality Management Effectively communicate progress on Process risk audits & projects to senior stakeholdersTechnical and Functional Skills: Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years of experience in understanding & implementation of LEAN Six Sigma methodologies like DMAIC, DMADV (Six sigma green belt certified, Black belt trained) Experience in Internal/Risk Audits, Lean / Six sigma project management, TQM - Total Quality Management Understanding of risk management and quality tools (FMEA, Fishbone, 7 QC Tools, MP tools) Execute and lead projects delivering tangible results for the business Planning and organizing skills, Analytical ability, Attention to details, Decision-making, Good communication Working knowledge of Minitab
