The role is non-voice and focuses on KYC document verification, due diligence, and ensuring regulatory compliance.✅ Key Responsibilities- Review and validate KYC documents for new and existing clients - Conduct initial and ongoing due diligence as per onboarding and regulatory requirements - Identify, investigate, and escalate suspicious activities or discrepancies - Perform AML screening using tools such as World-Check, LexisNexis, etc. - Maintain accurate and complete records in line with AML and regulatory guidelines - Coordinate with internal teams to resolve documentation or data gaps - Ensure timely case processing within defined SLAs - Support internal and external audits and compliance reviewsPreferred Candidate Profile- 6 months to 1 year of experience in AML/KYC or BFSI back-office operations - Strong understanding of KYC norms, PMLA guidelines, RBI/SEBI regulations - Hands-on experience with AML tools (World-Check, LexisNexis preferred) - High attention to detail and accuracy - Good written communication skills - Proficient in MS Excel and Word - Basic knowledge of financial documents (PAN, Aadhaar, incorporation/registration documents, etc.)Educational Qualifications- Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration / Finance - (, BBA, BMS, BA Finance, or related fields) - AML/KYC certification will be an added advantageInterested candidates, share your CV here for Virtual Interview:Email ID: Diksha.Saxena@Please mention “AML/KYC Back Office Executive – Malad” in the subject line.
