The Lead data engineer will design & execute solutions and work with a team of engineers to ensure consistent, reliable, efficient and sustainable solutions are delivered. The data engineer will also contribute towards improving data management processes that result in highly accurate and trusted data assets for use in WinField United and across the organization.Required Education and Experience:- Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, or related field - 7+ years of experience with SQL & data engineering techniques. - 7+ years of experience building data integration solutions using tools like Informatica, Talend, Mulesoft, Qlik, etc. - 3+ years of experience leading engineering resources - Design, develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and semi-structured data. - Experience in working with Cloud data warehouse like Snowflake with strong expertise in SQL, managing data ingestions and curations for reporting. - Experience with Azure data lake storage (ADLS Gen2) and solid understanding of ELT design patterns. - Proficiency in Python for data processing and automation.
