Job Description

Objective:Responsible for leading the BTL activities for the region and build a top-of-the-mind brand recall through BTL activitiesKey Responsibilities• Map business requirements and prepare quarterly plans for BTL activities• Manage proper allocation of budgets, working closely with the internal stakeholders• Actively contribute in Strategic Corporate Initiatives identified by the Organization• Build and own a ROI framework for measurability of BTL interventions• Manage internal stakeholders expectations and deliver to agreed marketing objectives with effective BTL interventions• Proactively identify new innovative BTL mediums/activities and recommend actionable steps with consensus of relevant stakeholders• Seamlessly coordinate with, external agency & local/regional vendors to get best possible rates and ensure effective and timely execution• Support the sales teams in creating and ensuring impactful communication at POS while building brand awareness across the defined markets.• Coordinating with sales team for other region-specific marketing activities• Coordinate with designers both internally and externally in designing creative communication tools such as presentations, reports, speeches, info-kits, brochures, postcards, marketing collateral and create an effective feedback mechanisms• Liaise with Event management firms and ensure end to end solutions for product launches, etc• Vendor management – Negotiate and build a reliable vendor base for various BTL requirements• Manage corporate events, celebrity shows, promotion activities and road shows as per requirement.• Oversee, own and Manage BTL agency for effective deployment of collaterals• Identify and grow a reliable vendor base for faster and effective roll out of quality BTL interventionsPreferred Educational Requirements:MBA/PGDM [Advertising/Mass Communication]Experience and skills:Team players with strong communication skills and team building skills with at least 8 years+ experience and a 5 years experience in agency/similar role in marketing organizations.
