You will be the primary contact for customers with inquiries regarding account security, transaction monitoring, and potential fraud alerts. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong background in banking compliance to handle sensitive customer situations effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesInbound Voice Support: Handle high-volume inbound calls from customers regarding account restrictions, transaction reviews, and fraud alerts.Fraud Detection & Investigation: Conduct initial investigations into suspicious activities and identify potential fraud patterns to protect customer assets and the organization.AML Compliance: Ensure all customer interactions and case management processes comply with stringent Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.Case Management: Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all customer interactions and investigations.Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: Must be a Graduate in any stream (Mandatory).Experience: Minimum 18 months of professional experience in a banking environment, specifically within AML or Fraud domains.Process Expertise: Mandatory experience in an Inbound Voice customer support operation.Skills:Excellent verbal communication skills in English.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with 24/7 rotational shifts.Benefits & PerksCompetitive Pay: Up to ₹7 LPA based on experience.Work Schedule: 5-day work week with 2 rotational offs.Location Advantage: Based in a prime location in Malad.How to Apply:Contact person: Manik VashistShare your Resume at : Manik.Vashist@ or 7986545758
