Job Description

- Will handle sales and marketing activities for the Ultra Luxury residential Villas.- Will be able to identify the probable buyers of HNI (High Net Worth Individuals).- Carrying out pre-sales and post-sales activities to accomplish projected sales targets.- Create Innovation and execution of various lead generation activities.- Handling the Sales and CRM Team, nurturing leads, negotiating commercial terms & closing the sale.- Developing the complete marketing & sales strategies to build consumer preference and drive sales volume.- To consistently evaluate market trends and competitor moves to protect existing sales and maximize future sales opportunities.- Assisting Strategy Team with pricing strategy in line with market demand.- Network with premium customers for project marketing & sales.- Customer Relationship Management - Maintain up-to-date information on all customer interactions.- Contact potential and existing clients to understand and quantify their requirements and budgets.- To handhold the customer through pre- and post-sales processes till possession.- To be involved in negotiating and closing deals with customers.- Achieving revenue targets and preparing daily, weekly, and monthly MIS of the nature of activities.
