Job Opening: Transformation Coach Program: Holistify Transformation Program Organisation: Holistify Mode: Field-based (school visits) + Meetings (Hybrid) Engagement: Full-time / Part-time/ FreelancersRole Purpose The Transformation Coach will play a key role in driving whole-school transformation by working closely with school leaders, teachers, and management teams. The role focuses on mentoring, monitoring, system strengthening, and strategic support to ensure sustainable academic, operational, and cultural growth within schools.Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular school visits to support, observe, and monitor the transformation process - Lead weekly mentoring sessions for school leaders and staff to support professional growth and leadership development - Participate in weekly management meetings to review progress and align on strategic direction - Design and deliver targeted training programs for academic and administrative teams - Create, review, and update job descriptions to ensure role clarity and organisational alignment - Support schools in identifying and addressing academic, operational, and cultural challenges - Recommend and help implement systems and processes to improve school operations and efficiency - Propose and support execution of strategic initiatives for whole-school transformation - Ideal Candidate Profile - Background in education, leadership coaching, school transformation, or organisational development - Strong mentoring, facilitation, and communication skills - Ability to work closely with school leadership teams - Systems-thinking mindset with problem-solving ability - Alignment with Holistify’s values of conscious, holistic transformation - Willingness to travel for school visits (if required)What We Offer- Opportunity to be part of a purpose-driven transformation journe - yStructured guidance and alignment with Holistify’s transformation framewor - kCollaborative and growth-oriented work environmen - tMeaningful impact at the school and leadership level.Interested candidates can apply or mail your resume to hr.holistify@
