Job Title: Business Analyst Experience: 0 – 1 Years Department / Function: Executive Strategy & Analytics Location: Ahmedabad Employment Type: Full time Key Responsibilities Analyse strategic opportunities shared by the MD and deliver data-backed insights. Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and industry trend analysis. Build effective financial and business models to support feasibility assessments. Prepare high-quality dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership. Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data, validate assumptions, and refine insights. Identify key drivers, risks, and potential outcomes of strategic initiatives. Apply structured, analytical thinking to solve complex business problems.Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree fromIIT, IIM, ISB, or other leading institutions . 0–1 year of experiencein business analysis, strategy, consulting, or related areas (internships/projects accepted). Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in MS Excel. Exposure to Power BI/Tableau or SQL is an added advantage. Ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills. High ownership, curiosity, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Must-have: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree fromIIT, IIM, ISB, or other top-tier institutions Strong analytical and quantitative skills Proficiency inMS Excel(modelling, analysis, data interpretation) Ability to convert data into clear, actionable insights Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong logical reasoning and structured problem-solving ability High ownership, accountability, and willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Preferred: Internships or academic projects in strategy, consulting, analytics, or research Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or SQL Experience building simple financial or business models Exposure to market research or competitor analysis Understanding of business metrics and basic financial conceptsSkills & Attributes Analytical mindset with attention to detail Strong business acumen and curiosity to explore new opportunities Ability to simplify complex information Effective stakeholder management Adaptability and openness to feedback Clear, concise communication Professionalism, discipline, and a proactive work approach High ethical standards and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive data.
