About the RoleJoin us as a CSA Discipline Lead and take end‑to‑end responsibility for leading and developing a high‑performing Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) engineering team within a Global Capability Center (GCC).You will oversee CSA engineering, BIM coordination, structural systems, site infrastructure, architectural layouts, building services, and building management systems (BMS) across Pre‑Basic, Basic, and Detail Engineering phases.This role combines strategic leadership and technical execution, ensuring successful delivery of CSA engineering work packages for global industrial and infrastructure projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Oversight- Lead, guide, and mentor CSA engineers, designers, technicians, and draftsmen. - Manage team allocation, workload planning, and capability development. - Drive a high‑performance culture built on safety, quality, and technical excellence.CSA Engineering Coordination- Oversee all civil, structural, and architectural design activities across project phases. - Review and validate designs, drawings, models, calculations, and technical deliverables. - Ensure proper coordination of: - Civil foundations and structures - Architectural planning and layouts - Building infrastructure and utilities - Building Management Systems (BMS) and Technical Building Equipment - Lead cross‑discipline coordination with EIC, Process, Mechanical, Layout, Piping, HVAC, CSA, and BIM teams.Project Delivery & Documentation- Ensure all project information meets data governance, document control, and compliance requirements. - Maintain discipline‑specific project documentation, reports, and progress updates. - Ensure schedules, milestones, and deliverables are consistently met.Quality & Compliance- Ensure adherence to international engineering standards, industry codes, and regulatory norms. - Perform technical reviews to ensure design accuracy, feasibility, safety, and constructability. - Support construction and commissioning teams with technical clarifications.Process Optimization- Identify bottlenecks and drive workflow improvements for faster engineering delivery. - Support implementation of digital engineering tools (Revit, BIM, CAD, planning tools). - Foster collaboration across engineering disciplines and global project teams.Required Qualifications & ExperienceEducation- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, Building Services, or related field. - Candidates with technician‑level qualifications plus extensive project experience may also be considered.Experience- 5–10 years of experience in CSA engineering for industrial, infrastructure, or large‑scale construction projects. - Strong background in coordinating civil, structural, architectural, and BMS engineering deliverables. - Experience working in global or multicultural engineering environments.Technical Skills- Strong understanding of CSA engineering, construction lifecycles, and interdisciplinary coordination. - Proficiency in Revit, CAD, BIM, and project planning tools. - Experience in data governance, document control, and quality management. - Knowledge of international codes, CSA standards, and digital engineering workflows.Leadership & Communication- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team‑building skills. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proven stakeholder management and negotiation capability.Other Skills- Highly efficient, organized, and results‑oriented. - Ability to manage change, support knowledge transfer, and streamline engineering execution. - Experience in a GCC, GIC, or onshore–offshore engineering model is a plus. - Fluency in English.
