We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Panchakarma Therapist to join our Ayurvedic wellness team. The therapist will be responsible for performing authentic Panchakarma therapies under the guidance of an Ayurvedic doctor, ensuring high standards of hygiene, patient comfort, and therapeutic effectiveness.Key Responsibilities- Perform Panchakarma therapies such as Abhyanga, Shirodhara, Swedana, Nasya, Basti, Pizhichil, Lepana, etc. - Prepare therapy materials including oils, decoctions, and herbal pastes as prescribed - Ensure proper patient comfort, and post-therapy care - Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of therapy rooms and equipment - Follow Ayurvedic protocols and doctor’s instructions strictly - Maintain therapy records and daily logs - Educate patients on post-therapy lifestyle and care (as guided) - Uphold clinic ethics, discipline, and professionalismEligibility Criteria- Diploma / Certificate in Panchakarma Therapy / Ayurvedic Therapy - Freshers with proper training or 1 year of experience preferred - Good knowledge of Ayurvedic therapies and basic anatomy - Physically fit and able to perform therapies - Polite, patient-friendly, and well-groomed - Knowledge of hygiene and safety standardsPreferred Skills- Hands-on experience in classical Panchakarma procedures - Ability to work in a team - Basic communication skills (Hindi / English) - Passion for Ayurveda and holistic healingSalary & Benefits- Salary: As per experience & skill - Performance-based incentives - Training and growth opportunities - Supportive and ethical work environment
