We are seeking an experienced L3 Network Support Engineer responsible for delivering advanced operational support, engineering expertise, and technical leadership for our client’s enterprise network and voice infrastructure.Role Highlights:- Acts as the highest level of escalation within Network Operations. - Ensures stability, performance, security, and continuous improvement across LAN, WAN, Wireless, Voice, and cloud-connected environments. - Collaborates closely with Service Desk, L2 teams, Field Services, Cloud Operations, Cybersecurity, and client stakeholders. - Plays a critical role during transitions, steady-state operations, major incidents, and change initiatives.Required Skills & Experience:Technical Skills:- Strong hands-on experience in enterprise networking: - Routing & Switching (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs) - Firewalls (policy design, troubleshooting) - SD-WAN and VPN technologies - Wireless architectures - Voice technologies: - VoIP, SIP, call flows, QoS - Integration with network infrastructure - Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools - Exposure to cloud-connected networks (AWS/Azure connectivity is a plus)Experience:- 7+ years in Network Operations/Engineering - Proven experience handling L3 escalations in managed services or enterprise environments - Support of 24x7 production environments for geographically distributed users - Prior experience working with international (US) clients is preferred
