Knowledge / experience with Tessent ATPG (mentor) is a plus· Has worked on Spyglass-DFT· Knowledge on automation scripts like TCL/AWK/SED is a plus..· Knows the basics of JTAG & IJTAG..Basic Job Deliverable:· Support Spyglass debug and coverage correlation..· Support scan-stitching runs..
