The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.- Role Summary: Selling our School Management CRM and Hospital ERP to owners/principals.Key Responsibilities:- Conducting live product demos on laptop/tablet. - Identifying "decision-makers" (Principals, Hospital Directors). - Closing B2B contracts and managing the sales pipeline.Meet and exceed sales targets - Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts - Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives - Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers - Must-Haves: Experience in Software/SaaS selling, comfortable with technical demos, and has own vehicle. - Keywords: B2B Sales, Software Demo, ERP Sales, Lead Generation, CRM.-1. Educational Background- Minimum: Graduate (BCA, B.Tech, BBA, or ). A technical or business degree helps them understand "workflows." - Preferred: MBA in Sales/Marketing. MBA candidates are often better at "Value Selling" (explaining how the software saves money) rather than just "Feature Selling."2. Relevant Experience- Duration: 2 to 5 years of proven experience in B2B Software Sales. - Domain Expertise: (Crucial) Prior experience selling to Schools/Colleges or Hospitals/Clinics. They should already have a "Rolodex" (network) of decision-makers like Principals or Hospital MDs. - Track Record: Must have a history of meeting "Monthly/Quarterly Revenue Targets" (Ask for specific numbers in the interview).3. Technical & Soft Skills- Product Demos: Expertise in giving live software demonstrations (on laptop/tablets) to non-technical users. - CRM Proficiency: Experience using tools like Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot to manage their own sales pipeline. - Stakeholder Management: Ability to talk to a Doctor (Healthcare) and a Principal (Education) with equal professionalism. - Languages: Fluency in English and the local regional language (essential for building trust in India).-"Salary: ₹25k - ₹40k + Uncapped Incentives (Earn up to ₹1 Lakh/month)"
