If you have strong hands-on expertise in managing, optimizing, and securing PostgreSQL databases, we’d love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain PostgreSQL databases ensuring performance, integrity, and security - Design and implement scalable database architectures - Monitor database health, performance metrics, and capacity planning - Perform database tuning, optimization, upgrades, and patching - Implement and manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies - Handle database migrations to the latest PostgreSQL versions - Automate database tasks and maintenance jobs - Troubleshoot database issues and collaborate with development & operations teams - Ensure compliance with data protection and security standards - Maintain database documentation, scripts, and toolsDesired SkillsMust Have:- Database troubleshooting, hardening & patching - PostgreSQL DB cluster setup - Foreign Data Wrappers (FDW) - Database migration - Maintenance jobs & automation - User management - Database performance tuning
