Job Description:HNI Training Needs Analysis- Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments for HNI Relationship Managers and Sales Teams. - Identify skill and capability gaps related to HNI client acquisition, retention, portfolio advisory, and relationship management.Training Strategy & Planning- Design and implement training strategies aligned with HNI business goals, revenue targets, and client experience standards. - Partner closely with business leaders to ensure training interventions directly support HNI business performance.Training Content & Module Development- Develop advanced, HNI-focused training modules, workshops, and structured learning journeys. - Apply adult learning methodologies, including role-plays, case studies, simulations, and real-life HNI scenarios.HNI Product & Investment Training- Deliver specialized training on HNI-centric investment products, including: - Mutual Funds (MF) - Portfolio Management Services (PMS) - Alternative Investment Funds (AIF) - Structured Products, Bonds, and other HNI investment solutions - Ensure content reflects current market trends, regulatory updates, and suitability norms for HNI clients.Consultative Sales & Relationship Management Training- Design and deliver programs on consultative selling, need-based advisory, and long-term HNI relationship management. - Train teams on client profiling, risk assessment, portfolio construction, and portfolio review discussions. - Enhance negotiation, objection handling, and value-based selling skills for HNI clients.Behavioral, Executive Presence & Cognitive Skills Training- Develop capability programs focused on executive presence, communication finesse, emotional intelligence, and client engagement. - Enable HNI Relationship Managers to handle complex client conversations with confidence and professionalism.Induction & Onboarding – HNI Segment- Manage induction and onboarding programs for new HNI Relationship Managers. - Ensure onboarding covers HNI processes, client service standards, compliance requirements, and ethical advisory practices.Performance Improvement & Coaching- Identify underperforming HNI Relationship Managers and Sales Team members and create targeted coaching and development plans. - Conduct field coaching, joint client meetings (where applicable), and post-training performance reviews.Training Effectiveness & Business Impact- Measure training effectiveness through productivity metrics, revenue contribution, client retention, and feedback scores. - Prepare dashboards and MIS reports linking training outcomes to HNI business performance.Functional / Technical Skills- Strong expertise in HNI investment products: MF, PMS, AIF, Bonds, Structured Products, etc. - Solid understanding of portfolio construction, asset allocation, and suitability frameworks for HNI clients. - Proficiency in modern training methodologies, LMS platforms, and digital learning tools.Experience & Qualifications- 8–10 years of experience in Training & Development or HNI business, preferably within HNI / Private Client segments. - Proven experience in training HNI Relationship Managers or HNI Sales Teams. - Prior experience in HNI sales or relationship management is highly desirable.
