This role demands adynamic and ambitious professional who can design and execute multi-channel campaigns,manage cross-functional collaboration, and ensure a strong pipeline of qualified leads thatdirectly contribute to revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be a graduate from a reputedinstitution with 2–3 years of experience in marketing or demand generation roles,demonstrating high energy, street smartness, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced,competitive environment. Acting as the single point of accountability for presales outcomes, theDemand Generation Manager will work closely with marketing, sales, product, businessoperations and external partners to achieve business targets while continuously optimizingperformance.Key Responsibilities• Take end-to-end ownership of presales for the assigned product, driving demandgeneration, lead pipeline creation, and ensuring achievement of monthly and quarterlylead targets aligned with business goals.• Design, execute, and continuously optimize multi-channel lead generation campaigns withcomplete accountability for quality and volume of leads generated• Act as the central coordinator for presales outcomes, working closely with channelmanagers, sales, product, and operations teams to ensure cross functional coordination.• Regularly analyze campaign and channel performance, publish reports with insights onCPL, CAC, conversion %, and funnel efficiency, and proactively recommend correctivemeasures to improve lead quality and conversion ratios.• Own and manage presales budgets across all channels, making data-backed decisions onresource allocation, conducting A/B testing, and optimizing spend to deliver maximumROI and minimum cost per lead.• Act as a bridge between multiple stakeholders – presales, business operations, product,content, and sales leadership – ensuring smooth coordination, transparent communication,and quick resolution of bottlenecks that impact lead generation.• Set up attribution models and dashboards for real-time decision-making, translating datainsights into actionable growth levers.What We’re Looking For● Graduate from a reputed college/university, with strong academic grounding andexposure to business/marketing fundamentals.● 2–3 years of work experience in product management / marketing / presales or similarrole.● Strong skills in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration, able to alignwith marketing, sales, product, and operations teams effectively.● Demonstrates street smartness, agility, and problem-solving ability, capable of navigatingchallenges and finding quick, practical solutions.● Highly aspirational, ambitious, and self-driven individual with a strong hunger for growthand ability to thrive in a fast-paced EdTech environment.● A high-energy go-getter with the ability to take complete ownership of tasks, deliver underpressure, and consistently meet or exceed targets.● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and execution skills with a proactive attitude andbias for action.Location: Hyderabad,
