The ideal candidate should have a solid background in civil engineering works, with a keen eye for quality, safety, and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:- Supervise daily site activities to ensure work is being done according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards. - Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and other site personnel to ensure timely completion of tasks. - Monitor and manage resources (labor, materials, equipment) at the site. - Maintain daily site logs and progress reports. - Ensure quality control and compliance with all safety regulations. - Read and interpret civil drawings and execute the work accordingly. - Assist in resolving any site-related technical issues. - Communicate project progress and concerns to Project Manager/Engineer regularly. - Ensure site cleanliness and organization at all times. - Strong coordination and communication with site in charge and managerRequirements:- Diploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory). - Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in civil construction supervision. - Sound knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - Familiarity with safety standards and construction regulations.
