Your job is to demonstrate how HCLTech’s network technology products solve the world's problems--from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental.Whether you're working on Network Automation or Software defined network, SDWAN network product, you take part in a complete product management and marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. This includes – Product Design and Development Product Delivery Product Enablement Product Marketing Strategic business development You shape the voice of the product and help it grow a loyal customer base. You own the product messaging from determining positioning, brand identity, competitive analysis, feature prioritization, brand promise, marketing and sales transformation. This means you work with a cross-functional team across sales, corporate marketing, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product strategy and marketing from beginning to end.You are interested in product management, marketing and technology, and in helping users and businesses across the globe leverage the power of the network. You'll also have an entrepreneurial flair, enjoy testing and experimenting with ways to reach and engage with users across different industry verticals, and manage projects across functions and geographies to deliver strong scalable results.Key Responsibilities – Strategize, incubate and evangelize niche network technology product ensuring pipeline acceleration and healthy business funnel Product Roadmap ownership, marketing engagement, delivering exponential conversion and sales uplift, while improving customer satisfaction Responsible for managing the relationship with Marketing teams across the globe, delivering on marketing programs and ensuring performance/delivery of the work product Lead the engagements with analyst firms such as Gartner, Forrester, PAC, IDC and Ovum Competitive Analysis; Market Analysis, product collaterals, and sales transformation initiatives, ensuring product aligned sales behavior, enablement and contribution in deal conversion Create internal and external marketing strategies on HCLTECH Network services and productsQualification – MBA in Marketing/IT from a Tier 1 – 2 institute. Bachelor’s in electrical / Electronics / Telecommunications Engineering from Tier-1 engineering institute Minimum 4-5 years working Experience for a Telecom / Network OEM / Indian Outsourcing company / Consulting company preferably in Product management and marketing Understanding/ certification on enterprise Networks Concepts/technologies Good understanding of AI and machine learning Whiz on Power Point, Excel and branding activities
