This role is responsible for executing routine operational tasks across insurance policy administration and claims intake, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. The Specialist will partner with vendors and actuaries to support estimate calculations, maintain data integrity in core systems, and follow established procedures to support compliance. This position reports to the Supervisor, Insurance Operations.The candidate is expected to reside in Hyderabad, India.Key Responsibilities:- Execute routine operational tasks across insurance policy administration and claims intake ensuring accuracy and timeliness. - Partners with vendors and actuaries to calculate insurance estimates - Support transaction processing and reconciliation by maintaining data integrity in core systems, assisting with exception resolution, and preparing documentation for internal reviews. - Assist in maintaining compliance standards by following established procedures, supporting audit requests, and ensuring documentation aligns with regulatory and enterprise requirements. - Participate in process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies, suggesting enhancements, and supporting implementation of new tools or workflows.Knowledge and Skill Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Insurance, or related field - Certifications such as CPCU are a plus - Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in insurance operations or related financial functions - English Proficiency (written and verbal IRL Level 4) - Demonstrates attention to detail and basic analytical thinking - Follows standard operating procedures with consistency - Communicates clearly with team members and external partners - Supports compliance efforts through accurate documentation - Contributes to team goals and process improvements
