We are currently seeking an Associate Director – FP&A to join our Finance team in Bangalore.Primary Purpose of the Role- Track business performance and identify monthly results. - Manage business operations by providing visibility and insights. - Ensure consistency of information for decision-making, planning, and target setting.Key Responsibilities- Planning – Annual Business Cycle: - Assist in developing the operating and financial plan. - Performance Management: - Drive performance to ensure effective P&L and balance sheet management, delivering on entity targets. - Reporting & Forecasting: - Oversee quarterly and monthly management reporting. Collaborate with PPMs to develop monthly forecasts for P&L and cash flow. - Performance Measurement & Improvement: - Monitor and analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators, and work on performance improvement initiatives. - Special Projects: - Support the analysis of new business cases and provide accurate, timely financial recommendations.Required Knowledge, Skills & AttributesEducation & Experience- 8–12+ years of experience in finance, strategy, or business management. - Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is preferred.Personal Attributes- High energy and a proactive approach. - Solution-oriented with a positive attitude. - Exceptional customer orientation. - Expertise & Qualifications - Fast-mover, quick to adapt. - Flexible and resilient in a dynamic environment. - Demonstrates integrity and professionalism.
