Location: Survey Nos, 4/1B, 4/1C, 4/1D & 4/1E, Municipal No.1-15 Ward No.85, 8th FloorOld Madras Road, Binnamangala, Manvartha Kaval Village, Mahadevapura Hobli, BangalorePosition OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Manager / Technical Writer to lead cross-functional initiatives while creating clear, concise, and accurate documentation. This hybrid role combines program management expertise with technical writing skills to ensure successful project delivery and high-quality content that supports internal teams and external stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Management- Plan, execute, and oversee multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and budgets. - Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports. - Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks. - Facilitate meetings, track action items, and ensure timely completion of deliverables. - Monitor KPIs and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.Technical Writing- Create and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, process workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials. - Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content for diverse audiences. - Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information and validate accuracy. - Ensure documentation complies with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices. - Manage version control and maintain documentation repositories.Qualifications- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technical Communication, Information Technology, or related field. - Experience: - 5+ years in program/project management with proven success in delivering complex initiatives. - 3+ years of technical writing experience in a technology or compliance-driven environment. - Skills: - Strong project management skills (PMP or similar certification preferred). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, MS Office, Adobe Acrobat). - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and risk management practices. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications- Experience in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) or related domains. - Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOX, ISO, NIST). - Technical background in IT systems or cybersecurity.Core Competencies- Strategic thinking and problem-solving. - Attention to detail and commitment to quality. - Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. - Adaptability and continuous learning mindset.
