Key Responsibilities1. Paid Acquisition & Channel Ownership- Own and scale Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns - Manage budgets across brands and geographies with clear CAC, CPL, and ROI targets - Launch and optimise campaigns for: - Lead generation - Conversion-driven landing pages - Intake-based & seasonal demand (Jan / Sep intakes)2. Funnel & Conversion Optimisation- Improve lead-to-conversion rates through: - Landing page optimisation - Funnel experiments (forms, CTAs, messaging) - Audience segmentation and retargeting - Work closely with Product, Design, and CRO teams to ship high-impact experiments3. Data, Analytics & Attribution- Own performance tracking across GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM - Ensure clean attribution using: - UTMs - Offline conversions - CRM integrations - Build and maintain performance dashboards for leadership visibility4. Experimentation & Scale- Run structured experiments across: - New audiences - New geographies - New ad formats & creatives - Test emerging platforms (Snapchat, TikTok, native ads) when relevant - Identify scalable growth levers beyond “obvious” channels5. Revenue & Business Impact- Work closely with Sales and Ops teams to: - Improve lead quality - Reduce drop-offs - Maximise revenue per lead - Align campaigns with revenue targets, not just lead volume6.
