Greetings from Tata Consultancy Services !!!About the RoleHiring For: Oracle HCM - TechnicalLocation: BangaloreExperience: 5 -10 YearsMode Of Interview: Virtual InterviewResponsibilities- Design, develop, and support HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formulas, OTBI, BI Publisher reports, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations. - Configure and manage reporting and integration flows for Core HR, ORC, and related HCM modules. - Build and customize data models, dashboards, bursting logic, and layout templates to meet business reporting requirements. - Support end-to-end functional flows (Hire to Retire) including ORC to Core HR transitions – Candidate → Pending Worker → Employee. - Develop and manage HDL-based data loads and inbound/outbound integrations with third-party systems. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across HCM tools, ensuring timely support to business users.Eligibility Criteria- Excellent communication skills - 15+ years of regular, full-time education (10th + 12th + 3 years graduation) - Graduate/ Post-graduate degree
