Mail:- Construction Supervisor manages daily on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. They coordinate subcontractors and crews, enforce building codes and safety regulations (OSHA), interpret blueprints, and report progress to project managers. Key roles involve resource allocation, scheduling, and quality control. Key Responsibilities Site Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with construction plans, specifications, and safety codes. Personnel Supervision: Direct and train on-site workers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure maximum efficiency. Scheduling & Planning: Develop work schedules, determine resource needs (materials and equipment), and monitor progress to meet deadlines. Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations to prevent accidents and maintain a secure job site. Quality Control: Inspect ongoing work for quality, accuracy, and adherence to design specifications. Reporting & Communication: Act as the liaison between workers, managers, and clients, providing daily or weekly progress reports. Requirements & Qualifications Education: High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering is preferred.
