CodeWithSense is a fast-growing technology consulting firm helping high-growth startups scale through smart engineering and operational excellence.ResponsibilitiesDesign and build production-grade Laravel applications (APIs, queues, workers, cron jobs)Write, review, and refactor core backend Laravel codeOwn end-to-end deployment of Laravel systems on AWSDesign and manage AWS infrastructure (EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, VPC)Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for staging and productionManage Dockerized applications and deployment workflowsImplement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / CloudFormation)Monitor, debug, and resolve production issues across code + infraHandle deployments, rollbacks, and incident responseOptimize performance, reliability, scalability, and cloud costsSet up monitoring, logging, and alerting (CloudWatch, Datadog, ELK)Manage database operations, backups, and disaster recoveryCollaborate closely with product and frontend teams on architecture decisionsRequirements8+ years overall engineering experience6+ years of hands-on Laravel development in productionStrong experience deploying and running Laravel on AWSDeep understanding of PHP, Laravel internals, queues, and workersStrong knowledge of Linux systems and shell scriptingHands-on experience with DockerExperience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.)Solid understanding of networking, load balancing, and securityProven ability to debug complex production issuesComfortable owning systems post-deploymentGood to Have Experience with Terraform or CloudFormationExposure to Kubernetes / EKSExperience supporting high-traffic, revenue-critical systemsStrong knowledge of Nginx / Apache performance tuningExperience with cost optimization in AWSExperience building internal tools, scripts, or automationPrior experience working with high-growth startupsLocation - RemoteWork Days and Timings - Monday to Friday, 03:00 pm - 12:00 am
